AnCenergy is a fully automated Billing and Management software built on the Microsoft Suite of products. The ATI software platform can be integrated with most Accounting Utility and Real Estate Management software available in the market.

ATI’s software engineering team is highly educated and offers global software solutions adhering to CMMI® Level 5, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:2005 standards through ATI’s certified global information technology partners.

Our technology partners are Certified and Gold Certified Microsoft Partners. ATI Energy Group’s AnCenergy- Billing and Processing software may also be purchased for internal use or user licensed for web-based bill processing and remittance.

Call Center

ATI Energy Customer Call Central offers experienced, well-trained bilingual Customer Service Professionals, utilizing industry-leading technologies to field customer-billing questions and solve problems. ATI Energy Call Central technology is a customized solution designed specifically for the Billing Call Center customer.

ATI Energy utilizes Toshiba’s most advanced call-routing, real-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Voice Over IP (VoIP) technology to seamlessly infuse our call center services with benchmark flexibility, resourcefulness real-time customer communication.

Transaction Processing

ATI Energy offers world class Transaction Processing including most major credit cards and Automated Clearing House “ACH” transactions. ATI Energy offers in-house image-based lockbox utilizing banking standard processes. ATI Energy Web Central is a web based enterprise customer’s center where detail account information, payment processing and reporting is offered.

Customers have the option of paying by check, credit card, or a monthly automated payment of their outstanding balance. Clients are also given full access to resident account information to review billing and payment history online in real time.

Convergent Billing

Convergent billing is the process of consolidating customers’ billing including cable, internet, phone, utilities, trash and other ancillary services into one itemized easy-to-read statement.

ATI Energy’s convergent billing is convenient, flexible and efficient. Convergent aids customers in reducing billing delinquency.

Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS)

A Ratio Utility Billing System is a system/formula for allocating utility usage, based on the master metered utility invoice. RUBS Allocation Formula can be based on square footage, number of residents and number of bathrooms or a combination of factors. The allocation formula also considers the number of days a unit is under lease and base charges associated with the unit.

RUBS is often used where plumbing and mechanical architecture makes metering cost prohibitive.

Submetering

ATI Energy offers engineering and installation services for new construction and retrofit metering specific to Energy allocation, electric, gas and water. ATI Energy’s designs use proven automated metering technologies for consistent reading of meter systems. Service include meter maintenance and repair programs along with onsite analyses, take-overs and upgrades.

ATI Energy is committed to giving customers consistent and accurate data and billing.

Utility Billing Service

On a monthly basis, our billing service accumulates the necessary data, to fairly and equitably invoice the resident for utility consumption. The resident then remits payment per the terms of the invoice. We then process the resident’s payment on behalf of the client. Approximately, every 30 days a Reimbursement Check is paid to the client for utilities collected on their behalf.

The residents and community also have a toll-free customer service number for direct communication with a Customer Service Professional.
